A set of four silicone boost hoses for the VW T5 van fitted with the 2500cc 130PS engine (BNZ code) and the 174PS engine (BPC code). These are supplied with alloy bayonet style couplers for ease of installation.

Please note: It is necessary to re-use your original bayonet sealing rings, as these are not supplied.

Please check your engine code. These are not suitable for early 2500cc engines 130PS with engine code AXD, or the 174PS engine with code AXE. For these engine codes, please see FMKTT5

Some engines need this extra bayonet coupler

You can tell by looking at the hose that goes directly onto the turbo if it has a long coupler you do NOT need to purchase this extra coupler.

  • The Forge silicone hoses in this kit have been designed to include an expensive inner liner of modified silicone known as Fluorosilicone.
  • This means the hoses are suitable to be used with  either modern long-life coolants, Organic Acid Technology coolants (O.A.T.) or air containing oil mist.
  • The construction of the hoses has been engineered to exceed that of the OEM fitments, and will enhance any engine bay both technically and aesthetically
  • The use of a Fluorosilicone liner ensures that Forge silicone hoses are the clear market leader.
  • Lifetime warranty*

PLEASE NOTE: THE ORIGNAL O-RINGS/SEALS MUST BE RETAINED FOR USE ON THE FORGE HOSES

Any tuning/performance-based mods/work/quotes and products are strictly for off-road and motorsport use only. Performance mods/certain exhaust systems will cause your vehicle to fail the MOT emissions test, therefore rendering the vehicle unroadworthy and illegal to be used on UK roads. Fitting a Cat/Cat Bypass or GPF delete/bypass to a vehicle that is to be used on UK roads will cause the vehicle to fail the MOT emissions test, therefore rendering it unroadworthy and illegal to be used on UK roads.

Please note that UK regulations specify that the nearside and offside front door windows, for which the driver uses for forward vision, and when using external rear facing mirrors, must permit a light transmittance value of at least 70% ( for motor vehicles first used on or after 1st April 1985), with the front windscreen permitting a light transmittance value of 75%

Please note that factory fitted windows are already tinted and by adding additional tinting, this may result in vehicles no longer being compliant for Road use.
