A Single replacement piston actuator for the Nissan 350Z which can be adjusted to suit the operational requirements by changing the internal springs. This actuator is a suitable replacement for any APS single aftermarket turbo setup that utilizes an actuator with a removeable bracket and turnbuckle and a 1" straight rod. For twin turbo APS applications please see FMPAC350Z below.

This product is built with a predetermined actuator spring suitable for at, or slightly above APS boost levels. The actuator can be assembled with a stiffer spring upon request. Please contact us directly concerning this process It is designed and built with the intention of increasing the boost output of a turbocharged system. We cannot guarantee compatibility with all applications, nor the ability to increase the boost output beyond a level that is within the parameters set by the engine-management-system of the given vehicle at the time of installation, whether that system is factory or aftermarket.

Forge Motorsport nor any of it’s authorised distributors can assume any responsibility for any adverse effects resulting from the installation and tuning of this product onto a vehicle whose engine-management-system, whether factory or aftermarket, is not capable of allowing for the desired level of adjustment. While Forge Motorsport is happy to supply you with an actuator capable of holding boost beyond that of your factory unit we are in no way capable of knowing nor suggesting that your vehicle's engine or related systems are capable of supporting or surviving the stresses of such elevated boost pressure.

After requests for a very durable, fit and forget version of our actuators that would withstand the rigors of marine corrosion or simply would not tarnish, we have now added the option of ordering any of our piston design actuators with stainless steel bodies and external components/fixings. This option does incur a surcharge and will be shown when added to your basket.

Diaphragm sealed internals are the default selection for this actuator product but customers now have the option of piston sealed internals. Unique to Forge Motorsport this innovation offers equal performance to the diaphragm type and low maintenance due to the hard wearing nature of piston sealed valve internals. Please contact us by email if you require more information

In The Box:
1 x FMPAC350ZS Actuator
1 x Forge Sticker

This actuator is built with a Green coded spring as standard. If you require the FMPACTUN spring tuning kit seen in the associated products below, you will need to select the Diaphragm Type 2, 049 option.

Disclaimer

Any tuning/performance-based mods/work/quotes and products are strictly for off-road and motorsport use only. Performance mods/certain exhaust systems will cause your vehicle to fail the MOT emissions test, therefore rendering the vehicle unroadworthy and illegal to be used on UK roads. PLEASE BE AWARE – Sports cats can NOT legally be installed on a vehicle for use on a public road that was manufactured after 1st March 2001 unless Type ECE 103R is approved (identified by ‘103R’ in the exhaust product title). Fitting a Cat/Cat Bypass or GPF delete/bypass to a vehicle that is to be used on UK roads will cause the vehicle to fail the MOT emissions test, therefore rendering it unroadworthy and illegal to be used on UK roads.

Please note that UK regulations specify that the nearside and offside front door windows, for which the driver uses for forward vision, and when using external rear facing mirrors, must permit a light transmittance value of at least 70% ( for motor vehicles first used on or after 1st April 1985), with the front windscreen permitting a light transmittance value of 75%

Please note that factory fitted windows are already tinted and by adding additional tinting, this may result in vehicles no longer being compliant for Road use.
