Developed from our direct involvement with the Mini Challenge series, Forge is proud to release an oil cooler kit for the BMW Mini B48 engine found in the Mini Cooper S and JCW models (2013-2015). The kit features a CNC machined billet aluminium adapter plate that replaces the OEM coolant/oil heat exchanger. The adapter plate has an internal coolant channel to allow OEM coolant circuit to be maintained.

The BMW B48 engine fitted to the Mini F56 is not fitted with an external oil cooler as standard, but for fast road or track use this kit is a must. The bespoke laser cut aluminium bracket allows the 13 Row Setrab oil cooler to be mounted directly behind the top section of the front grill, ensuring that the oil cooler is placed in the optimum cooling position.

Supplied with the kit are 2x pre-assembled high-quality double braided AN-10 oil lines.

Ideal if you are preparing a track or racecar.

This kit does not require any cutting of the vehicle.

The kit comes with the following:

1x Billet Aluminium adapter plate
1x Plug bolt
1x Copper washer
4x Adapters M22 to AN-10
4x Bonded washers
1x Oil cooler bracket
2x Oil lines
1x 13 Row oilcooler
5x Cable ties
2x Self tapping screws
All the fixings required
