An all alloy radiator for the Megane RS250/265/275.

With the known coolant temperature issues that are attributed to the original fitment radiator, this is the only real solution. The stock Renault radiator has a major design flaw in that the inlet and outlet are in a straight line across the core. At high engine rpm, when you need the most cooling, the maximum flow is straight across the core, missing out about 75% of the volume. Worse still, the 25% of the core with good flow is directly behind the crash bar and gets no direct airflow.

Our engineers have maximised the surface area and utilised a high efficiency radiator core with a unique flow enhancement, to ensure that the coolant passes evenly across the entire core, and that the area of restricted airflow (behind the crash bumper) is taken into account. Being confident in our design, we sent this for independent testing and were pleased to hear that they had achieved a reduction of 20°C in peak water temperatures, and also a drop of 15 °C in oil temperatures on the track.

Any tuning/performance-based mods/work/quotes and products are strictly for off-road and motorsport use only. Performance mods/certain exhaust systems will cause your vehicle to fail the MOT emissions test, therefore rendering the vehicle unroadworthy and illegal to be used on UK roads. PLEASE BE AWARE – Sports cats can NOT legally be installed on a vehicle for use on a public road that was manufactured after 1st March 2001 unless Type ECE 103R is approved (identified by ‘103R’ in the exhaust product title). Fitting a Cat/Cat Bypass or GPF delete/bypass to a vehicle that is to be used on UK roads will cause the vehicle to fail the MOT emissions test, therefore rendering it unroadworthy and illegal to be used on UK roads.

Please note that UK regulations specify that the nearside and offside front door windows, for which the driver uses for forward vision, and when using external rear facing mirrors, must permit a light transmittance value of at least 70% ( for motor vehicles first used on or after 1st April 1985), with the front windscreen permitting a light transmittance value of 75%

Please note that factory fitted windows are already tinted and by adding additional tinting, this may result in vehicles no longer being compliant for Road use.
